Google Earth is the new global CCTV. There is hardly news the fact that everything is recorded and I wouldn't be surprised if one day we will live to see the reality from Minority Report.
However, as much as this is a violation of privacy and intimacy, I don't understand how, with a global reach CCTV, my colleague's friend from school had his throat cut on Saturday night as he was coming back from a party, how can someone with a daughter at home be viciously murdered for nothing at all and how come Police hasn't got any clue.
It really makes you draw a big penis on your roof and show it to the people from Google Earth, as someone did already, reported by the Guardian (click here to read the article).
